BREATHE - Foundations

Sunday, October 3rd from 9am-1pm

BREATHE: FOUNDATIONS

This program is the first part of the BREATHE program and covers the basics of yogic breathing techniques in more detail and attention than can be given in a regular class. Learn through experience;

  • detailed instruction for the foundational techniques, including abdominal breath, alternate nostril breath, brahmari, kappalabhatti.
  • the "when and how" to use the specific techniques and benefits of each
  • valuable tips and precautions for the techniques
  • the importance of breath to our mind, body and being.
  • session concludes with a gentle meditative yoga class

Excellent for balance, health and stress release. The session will be hands-on, fun, with practical coaching and experience.
