Tuesday Hatha with Basia Going will be led in a container of live music.
The class will be vibrant. Good flow, perhaps some sweat, and final absorption of it all.
The sound, rhythm, and energy created in the room often carries you along and allows you to flow with more ease, with more delight.
Sometimes the best practice is done in silence. Sometimes the heart and body opens with a little help of a vibrant beat and sound which captures the senses and holds them in one field for a while....
