A unique and comprehensive experience is to be had by those among You aspiring to combine learning, fun, spirituality and authenticity.  Yoga Station's teacher training conducted by Tamara, Tomasz and Dr. Vidya will harness their unique talents for capturing and conveying the essence of what it is to be a Yogi or Yogini as well as their extensive experience teaching and studying Yoga abroad.  The program is designed to be convenient for You, occuring twice monthly. Whether You would like to teach Yoga professionally or want to delve deeper into its mysteries, coming to Carleton Place twice a month will alter Your life, shift it into a more sattvic and fun dimension.  While being Yoga Alliance accredited the Yogic journey referred to as Yoga Station's teacher training will expose You to things which will equip You to help others be more free and more wired into the cosmos just like You! Examaning cadavers to gain a deeper understanding of anatomy, learning about ancient Indian art, Tibetan meditation techniques are just some of the stuff we will engage in.
