Adishesha Yoga Zone

Located in the heart of the Glebe, off Fourth Avenue, is the newest endeavour to bring to Ottawa some of the finest yoga in town.  The Adishesha Yoga Zone brings to great variety of yoga classes and teachers, in an elegant setting.

The Adishesha Retreat Zone

Located only 45 minutes from downtown Ottawa in the beautiful countryside of Luskville, Quebec is the Adishesha Retreat Zone. It was our plan from the very beginning to open our home to those who want to connect with themselves, surrounding nature or just to get away from the hustle of a busy day in town. It took us about two years to create the space we had in mind. We have hosted several workshops and retreats already - asana, meditation, philosophy, skiing, etc. - and it is just a beginning.
